   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration and the Minister of Employment and Social Development, after consultation with the Board of Directors of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation, pursuant to sections 9 and 11 of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation Act, appoints Anita Bromberg of Toronto, Ontario, to be Executive Director of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, and fixes her remuneration and other employment conditions at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 1 ($123,400 - $145,100), effective May 26, 2014.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et du ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Fondation canadienne des relations raciales, et en vertu des articles 9 et 11 de la Loi sur la Fondation canadienne des relations raciales, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Anita Bromberg, de Toronto (Ontario), directrice générale de la Fondation canadienne des relations raciales à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 1 (123 400 $ - 145 100 $), à compter du 26 mai 2014.
