Whereas, by Order in Council P.C. 1987-1123 of June 4, 1987, the Governor in Council approved the Canadian Broiler Hatching Egg Marketing Agency Quota Grant of Administrative Authority;

Whereas, by Order in Council P.C. 1990-440 of March 8, 1990, the Governor in Council approved amendments to the Canadian Broiler Hatching Egg Marketing Agency Quota Grant of Administrative Authority;

Whereas, by Order in Council P.C. 2007-1154 of July 31, 2007, the Governor in Council directed that a proclamation do issue amending the Canadian Broiler Hatching Egg Marketing Agency Proclamation to change the name of the Agency from “Canadian Broiler Hatching Egg Marketing Agency” to “Canadian Hatching Egg Producers”, which amending Proclamation was issued on August 23, 2007 and registered the same day as SOR/2007–196;

Whereas, by Order in Council P.C. 2007-1210 of August 1, 2007, the Governor in Council approved amendments to the Canadian Broiler Hatching Egg Marketing Agency Quota Grant of Administrative Authority to change the name of the Agency from “Canadian Broiler Hatching Egg Marketing Agency” to “Canadian Hatching Egg Producers” and the short title of the Grant of Authority to the Canadian Hatching Egg Producers Grant of Authority;

And whereas, the Canadian Hatching Egg Producers, on December 13, 2013, further amended the Canadian Hatching Egg Producers Grant of Authority;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to subsection 22(3) of the Farm Products Agencies Act, approves, in accordance with the annexed schedule, the amendments to the Canadian Hatching Egg Producers Grant of Authority made by the Canadian Hatching Egg Producers.

Attendu que, par le décret C.P. 1987-1123 du 4 juin 1987, le gouverneur en conseil a approuvé la Délégation de pouvoir par l’Office canadien de commercialisation des œufs d’incubation de poulet de chair;

Attendu que, par le décret C.P. 1990-440 du 8 mars 1990, le gouverneur en conseil a approuvé la modification de la Délégation de pouvoir par l’Office canadien de commercialisation des œufs d’incubation de poulet de chair;

Attendu que, par le décret C.P. 2007-1154 du 31 juillet 2007, le gouverneur en conseil a ordonné que soit prise une proclamation modifiant la Proclamation visant l’Office canadien de commercialisation des œufs d’incubation de poulet de chair afin de remplacer la dénomination « Office canadien de commercialisation des œufs d’incubation de poulet de chair » par « Les Producteurs d’œufs d’incubation du Canada », laquelle proclamation modificative a été prise le 23 août 2007 et enregistrée le même jour sous le numéro DORS/2007-196;

Attendu que, par le décret C.P. 2007-1210 du 1^er août 2007, le gouverneur en conseil a approuvé la modification de la Délégation de pouvoir par l’Office canadien de commercialisation des œufs d’incubation de poulet de chair visant à remplacer la dénomination « Office canadien de commercialisation des œufs d’incubation de poulet de chair » par « Les Producteurs d’œufs d’incubation du Canada » et le titre abrégé de la délégation par Délégation de pouvoir par Les Producteurs d’œufs d’incubation du Canada;

Attendu que, le 13 décembre 2013, Les Producteurs d’œufs d’incubation du Canada ont à nouveau modifié la Délégation de pouvoir par Les Producteurs d’œufs d’incubation du Canada,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire et en vertu du paragraphe 22(3) de la Loi sur les offices des produits agricoles, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve les modifications, conformes à l’annexe ci-après, apportées par Les Producteurs d’œufs d’incubation du Canada à la Délégation de pouvoir par Les Producteurs d’œufs d’incubation du Canada.
