                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves that the National Capital Commission grant one twenty-year renewal option to an existing 5-year lease with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation in respect of the real property described in the annexed schedule and otherwise on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale, d’une option de renouvellement de vingt ans à la Société Radio-Canada, au terme du bail actuel de cinq ans sur les biens immobiliers décrits à l’annexe ci-jointe, conformément aux conditions que la Commission de la capitale nationale juge satisfaisantes.
