   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to subsections 3.1(1) and 3.1(2) of the Canadian Commercial Corporation Act, appoints Martin Zablocki of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President of the Canadian Commercial Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 4 ($212,700 - $250,200), effective April 28, 2014.

   Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international et en vertu des paragraphes 3.1(1) et 3.1(2) de la Loi sur la Corporation commerciale canadienne, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Martin Zablocki, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président de la Corporation commerciale canadienne, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 4 (212 700 $ - 250 200 $), à compter du 28 avril 2014.
