   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 43(1) of the Broadcasting Act, hereby fixes the salary of Hubert Lacroix, President, Canadian Broadcasting Corporation as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range CEO 7 ($367,500 - $432,300), effective April 1, 2013.

   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3.1(2) of the Canadian Commercial Corporation Act, hereby fixes the salary of Marc Whittingham, President, Canadian Commercial Corporation, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range CEO 4 ($212,700 - $250,200), effective April 1, 2013.

   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 6(1) of the Canada Council Act, hereby fixes the salary of Robert Sirman, Director, Canada Council for the Arts, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range CEO 4 ($212,700 - $250,200), effective April 1, 2013.

   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(5) of the Canadian Dairy Commission Act, hereby fixes the remuneration of Jacques Laforge, Chief Executive Officer, Canadian Dairy Commission, as set out in the schedule hereto, which per diem is within the range CEO 2 ($740 - $870), effective August 1, 2013.

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 108(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby fixes the salary of Mark B. Laroche, former President and Chief Executive Officer, Canada Lands Company Limited, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($219,600 - $258,400), effective February 28, 2013.

   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 23(5) of the Museums Act, hereby fixes the salary of Mark O'Neill, Director, Canadian Museum of History, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range CEO 4 ($212,700 - $250,200), effective April 1, 2013.

   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 7(2) of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act, hereby fixes the salary of Karen Kinsley, former President, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range CEO 7 ($367,500 - $432,300), effective January 1, 2013.

   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 23(5) of the Museums Act, hereby approves the salary of Marie Chapman, Director, Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range CEO 3 ($177,400 - $208,600), effective April 1, 2013.

   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 23(5) of the Museums Act, hereby approves the salary of Stuart A. Murray, Director, Canadian Museum for Human Rights, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range CEO 3 ($177,400 - $208,600), effective April 1, 2013.

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Canada Post Corporation Act, hereby fixes the salary of Deepak Chopra, President, Canada Post Corporation, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range CEO 8 ($440,900 - $518,600), effective January 1, 2013.

   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 21 (2) of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Act, hereby fixes the salary of Angus Watt, Chief Executive Officer, Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range CEO 4 ($212,700 - $250,200), effective April 1, 2013.

   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 108(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby fixes the salary of James Paul, President and Chief Executive Officer, Defence Construction (1951) Limited, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range CEO 3 ($177,400 - $208,600), effective April 1, 2013.

   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 108(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby fixes the salary of Michèle Bourque, President and Chief Executive Officer, Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($254,400 - $299,200), effective April 1, 2013.

   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Export Development Act, hereby fixes the salary of Stephen S. Poloz, former President, Export Development Canada, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range CEO 6 ($306,300 - $360,300), effective January 1, 2013.

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 13(2) of the Business Development Bank of Canada Act, hereby fixes the salary of Jean-René Halde, President, Business Development Bank of Canada, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range CEO 6 ($306,300 - $360,300), effective April 1, 2013.

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 9 of the International Development Research Centre Act, hereby fixes the salary of David Malone, former President, International Development Research Centre, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($220,600 - $259,500), effective February 28, 2013.

   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 23(5) of the Museums Act, hereby approves the salary of Margaret Louise Beckel, Director, Canadian Museum of Nature, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range CEO 3 ($177,400 - $208,600), effective April 1, 2013.

   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 16(1) of the Royal Canadian Mint Act, hereby fixes the salary of Ian E. Bennett, Master of the Mint, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($293,600 - $345,400), effective January 1, 2013.

   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 6(3) of the National Arts Centre Act, hereby fixes the salary of Peter Herrndorf, President, National Arts Centre Corporation, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($190,500 - $224,100), effective September 1, 2013.

   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 7(1) of the National Capital Act, hereby fixes the salary of Jean-François Trépanier, former Acting Chief Executive Officer, National Capital Commission, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range CEO 4 ($212,700 - $250,200), effective April 1, 2013.

   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 23(5) of the Museums Act, hereby approves the salary of Marc Mayer, Director, National Gallery of Canada, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range CEO 3 ($177,400 - $208,600), effective April 1, 2013.

   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 23(5) of the Museums Act, hereby approves the salary of Denise Amyot, former Director, National Museum of Science and Technology, as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range CEO 3 ($177,400 - $208,600), effective April 1, 2013.
