                  Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 48 of the Canada Transportation Act, hereby approves the entry by the Minister of Transport, on behalf of the Government of Canada, into an Agreement with the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the draft agreement set out in the attached Appendix, to provide a contribution to the costs of the operation of a rail passenger service between Toronto and North Bay, in the Province of Ontario.

                  Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’article 48 de la Loi sur les transports au Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la conclusion par le ministre des Transports, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, avec la Commission de Transport Ontario Northland, d’un accord conforme aux conditions précisées dans le projet d’accord figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, pour contribuer aux frais d’exploitation d’un service ferroviaire voyageurs entre Toronto et North Bay, dans la province d’Ontario.
