Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l'honorable Geneviève Marcotte, juge de la Cour supérieure pour le district de Montréal dans la province de Québec, soit nommée juge de la Cour d'appel de la province de Québec, avec résidence sur le territoire de la Ville de Montréal ou dans son voisinage immédiat.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Geneviève Marcotte, a Puisne Judge of the Superior Court for the district of Montréal, in the Province of Quebec, be appointed a Puisne Judge of the Court of Appeal of the Province of Quebec, with residence in the territory of or in the immediate vicinity of Ville de Montréal.
