   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence, pursuant to subsection 165.21 of the National Defence Act, appoints Commander Joseph Benoît Martin Pelletier of Gatineau, Quebec, an officer who is a barrister or advocate of at least 10 years’ standing at the bar of a province and who has been an officer in the Canadian Forces for at least 10 years, to be a military judge, to hold office during good behaviour.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Défense nationale et en vertu de l’article 165.21 de la Loi sur la défense nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme le capitaine de frégate Joseph Benoît Martin Pelletier, de Gatineau (Québec), un officier des Forces canadiennes qui est avocat inscrit au barreau d’une province et qui a été officier et avocat respectivement pendant au moins dix ans, juge militaire, à titre inamovible.
