                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 2 of the Physical Activity and Sport Act, hereby designates, effective June 15, 2003:

(a) the Minister of Health, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act in respect of physical activity; and

(b) the Minister of Canadian Heritage, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act in respect of sport.

                 Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 2 de la Loi sur l’activité physique et le sport, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil charge, à compter du 15 juin 2003 :

a) la ministre de la Santé, membre du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada, de l’application de cette loi en ce qui a trait à l’activité physique;

b) la ministre du Patrimoine canadien, membre du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada, de l’application de cette loi en ce qui a trait au sport.
