His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to paragraph 31(3)(a) and subsection 68.1(5) of the Copyright Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Definition of Local Signal and Distant Signal Regulations and the Definition of “Small Cable Transmission System” Regulations.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’alinéa 31(3)a) et du paragraphe 68.1(5) de la Loi sur le droit d’auteur, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur la définition de signal local et de signal éloigné et le Règlement sur la définition de « petit système de transmission par fil », ci-après.
