                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 40 of An Act to promote physical activity and sport, assented to on March 19, 2003, being chapter 2 of the Statutes of Canada, 2003, hereby fixes June 15, 2003 as the day on which that Act, other than section 38, comes into force.

                 Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 40 de la Loi favorisant l’activité physique et le sport, sanctionnée le 19 mars 2003, chapitre 2 des Lois du Canada (2003), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 15 juin 2003 la date d’entrée en vigueur de cette loi, à l’exception de l’article 38.
