Whereas the Honourable Stuart J. Cameron, a Judge of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, will attain the age of seventy-five years on May 15, 2014, and, therefore, will cease to hold office on that date under the provisions of subsection 99(2) of the Constitution Act, 1867;

And whereas the Honourable Stuart J. Cameron has held judicial office for at least ten years;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to paragraph 42(1)(d) of the Judges Act, grants an annuity of $197,000 to the Honourable Stuart J. Cameron, commencing on May 15, 2014, and continuing during his life.

Attendu que l’honorable Stuart J. Cameron, juge de la Cour d’appel de la Saskatchewan, atteindra l’âge de soixante-quinze ans le 15 mai 2014 et que, en conséquence, il cessera d’occuper son poste à cette date en vertu du paragraphe 99(2) de la Loi constitutionnelle de 1867;

Attendu que l’honorable Stuart J. Cameron a exercé des fonctions judiciaires pendant au moins dix ans,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu de l’alinéa 42(1)d) de la Loi sur les juges, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil accorde à l’honorable Stuart J. Cameron, à titre viager, une pension annuelle de 197 000 $, payable à compter du 15 mai 2014.
