His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to section 6 of the Ensuring Safe Vehicles Imported from Mexico for Canadians Act, chapter 1 of the Statutes of Canada, 2011, fixes March 28, 2014 as the day on which sections 4 and 5 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu de l’article 6 de la Loi assurant aux Canadiens la sécurité des véhicules importés du Mexique, chapitre 1 des Lois du Canada (2011), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 28 mars 2014 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 4 et 5 de cette loi.
