   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Roxanne Morrissey of Conception Bay South, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a director of the St. John’s Port Authority, to hold office for a term ending October 19, 2014.

    Sur recommandation de la ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnées dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Roxanne Morrissey, de Conception Bay South (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), administratrice de l’Administration portuaire de St. John’s, pour un mandat se terminant le 19 octobre 2014.
