His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that it is in the public interest to do so, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 23(2.1) of the Financial Administration Act, makes the annexed Remission Order in Respect of Fees for the Replacement of Permanent Resident Cards (Alberta).

Sur recommandation du Conseil du Trésor et du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration en vertu du paragraphe 23(2.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, estimant que l’intérêt public le justifie, prend le Décret de remise visant les frais pour le remplacement de la carte de résident permanent (Alberta), ci-après.
