His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that it is in the public interest to do so, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 23(2.1) of the Financial Administration Act, makes the annexed Remission Order in Respect of Fees for the Issuance of Passports, Certificates of Identity and Refugee Travel Documents (Alberta).

Sur recommandation du Conseil du Trésor, du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, estimant que l’intérêt public le justifie, prend le Décret de remise visant les droits pour la délivrance du passeport, du certificat d’identité et du titre de voyage pour réfugié (Alberta), ci-après.
