                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 73 of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act, assented to on December 18, 2001, being chapter 29 of the Statutes of Canada, 2001, hereby fixes June 30, 2003 as the day on which the Act, other than sections 46 to 51, 55 to 59, 71 and 72, comes into force.

                 Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 73 de la Loi sur le Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, sanctionnée le 18 décembre 2001, chapitre 29 des Lois du Canada (2001), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 30 juin 2003 la date d’entrée en vigueur de cette loi, exception faite des articles 46 à 51, 55 à 59, 71 et 72.
