His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the Republic of Cameroon for the Promotion and the Protection of Investments; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Edward Fast, Minister for International Trade, or Lynne Yelich, Minister of State (Foreign Affairs and Consular), or Simon Kennedy, Deputy Minister of International Trade, or Benoît-Pierre Laramée, High Commissioner for Canada to the Republic of Cameroon, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the Republic of Cameroon for the Promotion and the Protection of Investments.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et la République du Cameroun concernant la promotion et la protection des investissements;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Edward Fast, ministre du Commerce international, ou Lynne Yelich, ministre d’État (Affaires étrangères et consulaires), ou Simon Kennedy, sous-ministre du Commerce international, ou Benoît-Pierre Laramée, haut-commissaire du Canada auprès de la République du Cameroun, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et la République du Cameroun concernant la promotion et la protection des investissements.
