His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to the terms and conditions for the Public-Private Partnerships Fund, approves a non-repayable contribution from the Public-Private Partnerships Fund of the lesser of $200 million and 25% of eligible costs related to the Regina Bypass Project, provided a financial agreement is entered into between PPP Canada Inc. and the Province of Saskatchewan that respects the terms and conditions of the Public-Private Partnerships Fund.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu des modalités du Fonds des partenariats public-privé, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve une contribution non remboursable du Fonds des partenariats public-privé ne dépassant pas 200 millions de dollars ou 25 pour cent des coûts admissibles du projet de la voie de contournement de Regina, la somme la moins élevée étant à retenir, à condition qu’un accord de financement à cet effet soit conclu entre PPP Canada Inc. et la province de la Saskatchewan qui respecte les modalités du Fonds des partenariats public-privé.
