His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to bring into force for Canada the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the British Virgin Islands under Entrustment from the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’entrée en vigueur pour le Canada de l’Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement des îles Vierges britanniques, agissant en vertu d’un mandat du gouvernement du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord, sur l’échange de renseignements en matière fiscale.
