His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, pursuant to subsections 232(1), (3) and (4) of the Jobs and Growth Act, 2012, chapter 31 of the Statutes of Canada, 2012, fixes April 1, 2014 as the day on which sections 219 and 223 to 231 of that Act come into force.
Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail et en vertu des paragraphes 232(1), (3) et (4) de la Loi de 2012 sur l’emploi et la croissance, chapitre 31 des Lois du Canada (2012), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 1eravril 2014 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 219 et 223 à 231 de cette loi.
