   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, after consultation with the board of directors of The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, appoints Paul Apostolos Kefalas of Montréal, Quebec, to be Chairperson of The Jacques-Cartier and Champlain Bridges Inc., on an interim basis, to hold office during pleasure, until such time as a new Chairperson is appointed, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration consists of a per diem within the range ($200-$300) and an annual retainer within the range ($6,400 - $7,500).

   Sur recommandation du président du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la société Les Ponts Jacques Cartier et Champlain Incorporée, et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Paul Apostolos Kefalas, de Montréal (Québec), président par intérim de la société Les Ponts Jacques-Cartier et Champlain Inc., à titre amovible, jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau président soit nommé, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se compose d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (200 $ - 300 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (6 400 $ - 7 500 $).
