   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada of Yvon Bourget of Magog, Quebec, to be a director of the Board of Directors of The Jacques-Cartier and Champlain Bridges Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration consists of a per diem within the range ($200-$300) and an annual retainer within the range ($3,200 - $3,800).

   Sur recommandation du président du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la nomination par le président du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada de Yvon Bourget, de Magog (Québec), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la société Les Ponts Jacques-Cartier et Champlain Inc., à titre amovible, pour un mandat de deux ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se compose d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (200 $ - 300 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (3 200 $ - 3 800 $).
