His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United Mexican States on Air Transport; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Edward Fast, Minister for International Trade, or Lisa Raitt, Minister of Transport, or Lynne Yelich, Minister of State (Foreign Affairs and Consular), or Sara Hradecky, Ambassador of Canada to the United Mexican States, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United Mexican States on Air Transport.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement des États-Unis du Mexique sur le transport aérien;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Edward Fast, ministre du Commerce international, ou Lisa Raitt, ministre des Transports, ou Lynne Yelich, ministre d’État (Affaires étrangères et consulaires), ou Sara Hradecky, ambassadrice du Canada auprès des États-Unis du Mexique, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement des États-Unis du Mexique sur le transport aérien.
