Whereas the Chambre de commerce MRC Bonaventure has applied, pursuant to section 4 of the Boards of Trade Act, to change the boundaries of its district from the MRC de Bonaventure to the MRC de Bonaventure and the MRC d’Avignon that comprise the municipalities of Cascapédia-Saint-Jules, New Richmond, Caplan, Saint-Alphonse, Saint-Siméon, Bonaventure, Saint-Elzéar, New Carlisle, Paspédiac, Hope, Hope Town, Saint-Godefroi, Shigawake, L’Ascension-de-Patapédia, Saint-François d’Assise, Saint-Alexis-de-Matapédia, Saint-André-de-Restigouche, Ristigouche Partie-Sud-Est, Matapédia, Pointe-à-la-Croix, Escuminac, Nouvelle, Carleton-sur-Mer and Maria;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 4 of the Boards of Trade Act, changes the boundaries of the district of the Chambre de commerce MRC Bonaventure from the MRC de Bonaventure to the MRC de Bonaventure and the MRC d’Avignon that includes the municipalities of Cascapédia-Saint-Jules, New Richmond, Caplan, Saint-Alphonse, Saint-Siméon, Bonaventure, Saint-Elzéar, New Carlisle, Paspédiac, Hope, Hope Town, Saint-Godefroi, Shigawake, L’Ascension-de-Patapédia, Saint-François d’Assise, Saint-Alexis-de-Matapédia, Saint-André-de-Restigouche, Ristigouche Partie-Sud-Est, Matapédia, Pointe-à-la-Croix, Escuminac, Nouvelle, Carleton-sur-Mer and Maria.

Attendu que la Chambre de commerce MRC Bonaventure a présenté une demande, en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les chambres de commerce, pour que les limites de son district, soit le district de la MRC de Bonaventure, soient changées de façon à correspondre à la MRC de Bonaventure et à la MRC d’Avignon, qui comprennent les municipalités de Cascapédia-Saint-Jules, New Richmond, Caplan, Saint-Alphonse, Saint-Siméon, Bonaventure, Saint-Elzéar, New Carlisle, Paspédiac, Hope, Hope Town, Saint-Godefroi, Shigawake, L’Ascension-de-Patapédia, Saint-François d’Assise, Saint-Alexis-de-Matapédia, Saint-André-de-Restigouche, Ristigouche Partie-Sud-Est, Matapédia, Pointe-à-la-Croix, Escuminac, Nouvelle, Carleton-sur-Mer et Maria,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les chambres de commerce, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil change les limites du district de la Chambre de commerce MRC Bonaventure, soit le district de la MRC de Bonaventure pour qu’elles correspondent à la MRC de Bonaventure et à la MRC d’Avignon, qui comprennent les municipalités de Cascapédia-Saint-Jules, New Richmond, Caplan, Saint-Alphonse, Saint-Siméon, Bonaventure, Saint-Elzéar, New Carlisle, Paspédiac, Hope, Hope Town, Saint-Godefroi, Shigawake, L’Ascension-de-Patapédia, Saint-François d’Assise, Saint-Alexis-de-Matapédia, Saint-André-de-Restigouche, Ristigouche Partie-Sud-Est, Matapédia, Pointe-à-la-Croix, Escuminac, Nouvelle, Carleton-sur-Mer et Maria.
