Whereas the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie Beauharnois-Valleyfield has applied, pursuant to section 4 of the Boards of Trade Act, to change the boundaries of its district from Salabery-de-Valleyfield, Beauharnois, St-Étienne de Beauharnois, St-Stanislas de Kostka and St-Louis-de-Gonzague to the municipalities of Salabery-de-Valleyfield, St-Louis-de-Gonzague, St-Stanislas-de-Kostka, Beauharnois, St-Étienne de Beauharnois, Saint-Anicet, Huntingdon, Hinchinbrooke, Godmanchester, Elgin, Dundee, Havelock, Howick, Sainte-Barbe, Très-Saint-Sacrement, Ormstown and Saint-Chrysostome;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 4 of the Boards of Trade Act, changes the boundaries of the district of the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie Beauharnois-Valleyfield from Salabery-de-Valleyfield, Beauharnois, St-Étienne de Beauharnois, St-Stanislas de Kostka and St-Louis-de-Gonzague to the municipalities of Salabery-de-Valleyfield, St-Louis-de-Gonzague, St-Stanislas-de-Kostka, Beauharnois, St-Étienne de Beauharnois, Saint-Anicet, Huntingdon, Hinchinbrooke, Godmanchester, Elgin, Dundee, Havelock, Howick, Sainte-Barbe, Très-Saint-Sacrement, Ormstown and Saint-Chrysostome.

Attendu que la Chambre de commerce et d’industrie Beauharnois-Valleyfield a présenté une demande, en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les chambres de commerce, pour que les limites de son district, soit le district de Salabery-de-Valleyfield, Beauharnois, St-Étienne de Beauharnois, St-Stanislas de Kostka et St-Louis-de-Gonzague, soient changées de façon à correspondre aux municipalités de Salabery-de-Valleyfield, St-Louis-de-Gonzague, St-Stanislas-de-Kostka, Beauharnois, St-Étienne de Beauharnois, Saint-Anicet, Huntingdon, Hinchinbrooke, Godmanchester, Elgin, Dundee, Havelock, Howick, Sainte-Barbe, Très-Saint-Sacrement, Ormstown et Saint-Chrysostome,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les chambres de commerce, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil change les limites du district de la Chambre de commerce et d’industrie Beauharnois-Valleyfield, soit le district de Salabery-de-Valleyfield, Beauharnois, St-Étienne de Beauharnois, St-Stanislas de Kostka et St-Louis-de-Gonzague pour qu’elles correspondent aux municipalités de Salabery-de-Valleyfield, St-Louis-de-Gonzague, St-Stanislas-de-Kostka, Beauharnois, St-Étienne de Beauharnois, Saint-Anicet, Huntingdon, Hinchinbrooke, Godmanchester, Elgin, Dundee, Havelock, Howick, Sainte-Barbe, Très-Saint-Sacrement, Ormstown et Saint-Chrysostome.
