Whereas La Chambre de commerce de New Richmond The Board of Trade of New Richmond in Quebec, the certificate of formation of which was recorded pursuant to the Boards of Trade Act on August 23, 1945, has ceased to exercise its franchises;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 43 of the Boards of Trade Act, dissolves La Chambre de commerce de New Richmond The Board of Trade of New Richmond.

Attendu que La Chambre de commerce de New Richmond The Board of Trade of New Richmond (Québec), dont le certificat de formation a été enregistré en vertu de la Loi sur les chambres de commerce le 23 août 1945, a cessé d’exercer ses pouvoirs,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’article 43 de la Loi sur les chambres de commerce, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil dissout La Chambre de commerce de New Richmond The Board of Trade of New Richmond.
