His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to section 9.1 of the Canadian Dairy Commission Act, approves the Amendment to the Agreement for the entry of the province of Newfoundland and Labrador into the National Milk Marketing Plan and the Comprehensive Agreement on Pooling of Milk Revenues and authorizes the Canadian Dairy Commission to sign this amendment, substantially in accordance with the annexed amendment.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire et en vertu de l’article 9.1 de la Loi sur la Commission canadienne du lait, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil agrée l’Amendement à l’Entente pour l’adhésion de la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador au Plan national de commercialisation du lait et à l’Entente globale sur la mise en commun des revenus du lait et autorise la Commission canadienne du lait à signer cet amendement, lequel est conforme en substance à l’amendement ci-joint.
