   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to sections 10 and 12 of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Act, appoints Melissa Leigh Coulson of Milton, Ontario, to be a director of the board of directors of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Donald K. Robinson, Q.C.
