His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Audiovisual Co-production Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Republic of India; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, or Lynne Yelich, Minister of State (Foreign Affairs and Consular), or Colleen Swords, Deputy Minister of Canadian Heritage, or Stewart Beck, High Commissioner for Canada to the Republic of India, or Lawrence Cannon, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the French Republic, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Audiovisual Co-production Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Republic of India.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de coproduction audiovisuelle entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la République de l’Inde;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Shelly Glover, ministre du Patrimoine canadien et des Langues officielles, ou Lynne Yelich, ministre d’État (Affaires étrangères et consulaires), ou Colleen Swords, sous-ministre du Patrimoine canadien, ou Stewart Beck, haut-commissaire du Canada auprès de la République de l’Inde, ou Lawrence Cannon, ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de la République française, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de coproduction audiovisuelle entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la République de l’Inde.
