Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and in accordance with the Saskatchewan Treaty Land Entitlement Framework Agreement, dated September 22, 1992, hereby sets apart, for the use and benefit of the Ochapowace Band:

(a) the lands described in Schedule I hereto, mines and minerals included, as Ochapowace Indian Reserve No. 71-87, in the Province of Saskatchewan; and

(b) all mines and minerals within, upon and under 0.445 hectares and all mines and minerals other than coal and petroleum within, upon and under 1.084 hectares of the lands described in Schedule II hereto, as Ochapowace Indian Reserve No. 71-87, in the Province of Saskatchewan.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et conformément à l'entente intitulée Saskatchewan Treaty Land Entitlement Framework Agreement, du 22 septembre 1992, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté, à l'usage et au profit de la bande Ochapowace :

a) à titre de réserve indienne Ochapowace n^o 71-87, dans la province de la Saskatchewan, les terres décrites à l'annexe I ci-jointe, mines et minéraux compris;

b) à titre de réserve indienne Ochapowace n^o 71-87, dans la province de la Saskatchewan, les mines et minéraux se trouvant sur 0,445 hectare des terres décrites à l'annexe II et les mines et minéraux autres que le charbon et le pétrole se trouvant sur 1,084 hectare de ces terres.
