His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to section 162 of the Jobs, Growth and Long-term Prosperity Act, chapter 19 of the Statutes of Canada, 2012, fixes September 24, 2014 as the day on which sections 157 and 158 and subsections 159(2) and (4), 160(1), (3) and (4) and 161(2) and (3) of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu de l’article 162 de la Loi sur l’emploi, la croissance et la prospérité durable, chapitre 19 des Lois du Canada (2012), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 24 septembre 2014 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 157 et 158 et des paragraphes 159(2) et (4), 160(1), (3) et (4) et 161(2) et (3) de cette loi.
