His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 48 of the Canada Transportation Act, approves that the Minister of Transport enter into a contribution agreement with the Town of Yarmouth under the Yarmouth Ferry Terminal Improvement Program for a total amount not to exceed $2,500,000 to fund the rehabilitation of the Yarmouth ferry terminal and other transportation related activities.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 48 de la Loi sur les transports au Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil agrée la conclusion, par la ministre des Transports, d’un accord de contribution avec la ville de Yarmouth, dans le cadre du Programme d’amélioration de la gare maritime de Yarmouth, d’une somme totale ne dépassant pas 2 500 000 $ pour financer la réfection de la gare maritime de Yarmouth et d’autres activités reliées aux transports.
