   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness:

(a)  pursuant to sections 103 and 105 of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, appoints Steven Dubreuil of Montréal, Quebec, to be a full-time member of the Parole Board of Canada to hold office during good behaviour for a period of five years; and

(b)  pursuant to subsection 146(1) of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, designates Steven Dubreuil to be a full-time member of the Appeal Division of the Parole Board of Canada;

effective February 1, 2014.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a)  en vertu des articles 103 et 105 de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, nomme Steven Dubreuil, de Montréal (Québec), membre à temps plein de la Commission des libérations conditionnelles du Canada à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;

b)  en vertu du paragraphe 146(1) de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, choisit Steven Dubreuil, membre à temps plein de la Section d’appel de la Commission des libérations conditionnelles du Canada;

à compter du 1er février 2014.
