   Whereas paragraph 41(3)(c) of the Public Service Superannuation Act provides that the Public Service Pension Advisory Committee shall consist of six members nominated by the President of the Treasury Board;

   And whereas Michel Doiron was nominated by the President of the Treasury Board;

   Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 41(3)(c) of the Public Service Superannuation Act, appoints Michel Doiron of Shediac Bridge, New Brunswick, to be a member of the Public Service Pension Advisory Committee to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

   Attendu que l’alinéa 41(3)c) de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique prévoit que le Comité consultatif sur la pension de la fonction publique est composé de six membres proposés par le président du Conseil du Trésor;

   Attendu que Michel Doiron est la candidate proposée par le président du Conseil du Trésor,

   À ces causes, sur recommandation du président du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 41(3)c) de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Michel Doiron, de Shediac Bridge (Nouveau-Brunswick), membre du Comité consultatif sur la pension de la fonction publique, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans.
