   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 4 of the National Film Act, re-appoints Mary-Lynn Charlton of Regina, Saskatchewan, as a member of the National Film Board to hold office for a term of three years, effective February 3, 2014.
