   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 23 of the Museums Act, approves the reappointment by the Board of Trustees of the National Gallery of Canada of Marc Mayer of Ottawa, Ontario, as Director of the National Gallery of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and approves his remuneration and other employment conditions determined by the Board of Trustees of the National Gallery of Canada as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 3 ($177,400 - $208,600), effective January 19, 2014.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 23 de la Loi sur les musées, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve le renouvellement du mandat par le conseil d’administration du Musée des beaux-arts du Canada de Marc Mayer, d’Ottawa (Ontario), directeur du Musée des beaux-arts du Canada, à titre amovible pour une période de cinq ans, et approuve sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi fixés par le conseil d’administration du Musée des beaux-arts du Canada conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 3 (177 400 $ - 208 600 $), à compter du 19 janvier 2014.
