   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to sections 4.1 and 7.1 of the Canada Agricultural Products Act, re-appoints Donald Buckingham of Ottawa, Ontario, as a full-time member and Chairperson of the Canada Agricultural Review Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($141,300 - $166,200), effective July 1, 2014.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l'Agriculture et de l'Agroalimentaire et en vertu des articles 4.1 et 7.1 de la Loi sur les produits agricoles au Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme de nouveau Donald Buckingham, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein et président de la Commission de révision agricole du Canada à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (141 300 $ - 166 200 $), à compter du 1^er juillet 2014.
