Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable R. John Harper, juge principal de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, Cour de la famille, soit nommé juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, et juge d'office de la Cour d'appel de l'Ontario.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable R. John Harper, Senior Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, Family Court, be appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
