Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l'honorable Jacques Robert Fournier, juge de la Cour d’appel de la province de Québec, soit nommé juge en chef adjoint de la Cour supérieure du Québec.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable Jacques Robert Fournier, a Puisne Judge of the Court of Appeal of the Province of Quebec, be appointed Associate Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Quebec.
