Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Darrell Stephenson, de la ville de Rothesay dans la province du Nouveau-Brunswick, avocat, soit nommé juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine du Nouveau-Brunswick, Division de première instance, et juge d’office de la Cour d'appel du Nouveau-Brunswick.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Darrell Stephenson, of the City of Rothesay in the Province of New Brunswick, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of the Court of Queen's Bench of New Brunswick, Trial Division, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick.
