His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to section 41 of the Old Age Security Act, declares that, in accordance with Article 34 of the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the French Republic on Social Security, and Article 10 of the Implementing Agreement concerning the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the French Republic on Social Security, signed at Ottawa, on March 14, 2013, the Agreement and the Implementing Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the fourth month following the month in which each Contracting State shall notify the other, through diplomatic channels, of the completion of its constitutional or legislative procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Agreements.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences et en vertu de l’article 41 de la Loi sur la sécurité de la vieillesse, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil déclare que, conformément à l’article 34 de l’Accord entre le Gouvernement du Canada et le Gouvernement de la République française sur la sécurité sociale et à l’article 10 de l’Accord d’application concernant l’Accord entre le Gouvernement du Canada et le Gouvernement de la République française sur la sécurité sociale, signés à Ottawa le 14 mars 2013, l’Accord et l’Accord d’application entrent en vigueur le premier jour du quatrième mois suivant celui où les États contractants se notifient, par la voie diplomatique, l’accomplissement de leurs procédures constitutionnelles ou législatives respectives, requises pour l’entrée en vigueur de ces Accords.
