His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission enter into a lease with the Wesley Clover Foundation for a term of twenty-one years commencing on January 1, 2014, with two renewal options of fourteen years each, for a total term of forty-nine years, for the real property located at 401 and 411 Corkstown Road, in Ottawa, as described in the annexed schedule, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la conclusion par la Commission de la capitale nationale d’un bail, aux conditions qu’elle estime satisfaisantes, d’une durée de vingt-et-un ans commençant le 1^er janvier 2014 et renouvelable pour deux périodes de quatorze ans chacune, pour une durée totale de quarante-neuf ans, avec la Wesley Clover Foundation, pour le bien immeuble située aux 401 et 411, chemin Corkstown, à Ottawa, dont la délimitation figure à l’annexe ci-jointe.
