His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services and the Treasury Board, authorizes the Minister of Public Works and Government Services to lease and give a licence in respect of the federal real property and federal immovables described in the annexed schedule, or any portion of that property that is determined by the Minister to be necessary, to NSP Maritime Link Incorporated, for a term, including extension options, not to exceed 98 years.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et du Conseil du Trésor, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux à louer et à délivrer un permis à l’égard des immeubles fédéraux et des biens réels décrits à l’annexe ci-jointe, ou de toute partie de ceux-ci que la ministre juge nécessaire, à NSP Maritime Link Incorporated, pour une durée, incluant toute option de prolongation, ne dépassant pas quatre-vingt-dix-huit ans.
