Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Frederica L. Schutz, de la ville d’Edmonton dans la province d'Alberta, l’une des conseillères juridiques de Sa Majesté, soit nommée juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine de l'Alberta, et membre d'office de la Cour d'appel de l'Alberta, à compter du 1^er décembre 2013.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Frederica L. Schutz, of the City of Edmonton, in the Province of Alberta, one of Her Majesty’s counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Justice of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, and a member ex officio of the Court of Appeal of Alberta, effective December 1, 2013.
