   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Vote No. 1 (Foreign Affairs and International Trade) of the Appropriation Act No. 2, 2013-14, reappoints Rod Backman as Honorary Consul of Canada at Bismarck, North Dakota, United States of America, for a period of three years, effective December 14, 2013, and fixes his honorarium at the rate set out in the attached schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($18,000 - $27,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Rod Backman, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu du crédit n^o 1 (Affaires étrangères et Commerce international) de la Loi de crédits n^o 2 pour 2013-2014, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme de nouveau Rod Backman au poste de consul honoraire du Canada à Bismarck, Dakota du Nord (États-Unis d’Amérique), pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 14 décembre 2013, et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l'annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l'échelle (18 000 $ - 27 000 $). Le ministre des Affaires étrangères ou Rod Backman peut mettre fin à la nomination en remettant un avis écrit de soixante jours à l'autre partie.
