   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Appropriation Act No. 1, 2013-14, reappoints Patricia Crouere Denechaud as Honorary Consul of Canada at New Orleans, Louisiana, United States of America, for a period of three years, and fixes her honorarium at the rate set out in the attached schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($18,000 - $27,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Patricia Crouere Denechaud, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’alinéa 2a) de la Loi de crédits n^o 1 pour 2013-2014, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil   nomme de nouveau Patricia Crouere Denechaud au poste de consule honoraire du Canada à la Nouvelle-Orléans, Louisiane (États-Unis d’Amérique), pour une période de trois ans et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l'annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l'échelle (18 000 $ - 27 000 $). Le ministre des Affaires étrangères ou Patricia Crouere Denechaud peut mettre fin à la nomination en remettant un avis écrit de soixante jours à l'autre partie.
