His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement on Environmental Cooperation between Canada and the Republic of Honduras; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Edward Fast, Minister for International Trade, or Leona Aglukkaq, Minister of the Environment, or Lynne Yelich, Minister of State (Foreign Affairs and Consular), or Bob Hamilton, Deputy Minister of the Environment, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement on Environmental Cooperation between Canada and the Republic of Honduras.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de coopération dans le domaine de l’environnement entre le Canada et la République du Honduras;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Edward Fast, ministre du Commerce international, ou Leona Aglukkaq, ministre de l'Environnement, ou Lynne Yelich, ministre d’État (Affaires étrangères et consulaires), ou Bob Hamilton, sous-ministre de l’Environnement, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de coopération dans le domaine de l’environnement entre le Canada et la République du Honduras.
