His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Free Trade Agreement between Canada and the Republic of Honduras; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Edward Fast, Minister for International Trade, or Lynne Yelich, Minister of State (Foreign Affairs and Consular), or Simon Kennedy, Deputy Minister for International Trade, or Peter Boehm, Associate Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Free Trade Agreement between Canada and the Republic of Honduras.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de libre-échange entre le Canada et la République du Honduras;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Edward Fast, ministre du Commerce international, ou Lynne Yelich, ministre d’État (Affaires étrangères et consulaires), ou Simon Kennedy, sous-ministre du Commerce international, ou Peter Boehm, sous-ministre délégué des Affaires étrangères, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de libre-échange entre le Canada et la République du Honduras.
