His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 263 of the Jobs and Growth Act, 2012, chapter 31 of the Statutes of Canada, 2012, fixes October 30, 2013 as the day on which Division 11 of Part 4 of that Act comes into force.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 263 de la Loi de 2012 sur l’emploi et la croissance, chapitre 31 des Lois du Canada (2012), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 30 octobre 2013 la date d’entrée en vigueur de la section 11 de la partie 4 de cette loi.
